The Orchards
Carma recently received approval from Edmonton City Council to proceed with development of Edmonton's next new community, The Orchards. This 500 acre master planned community will be home to approximately 9,000 Edmontonians.
The Orchards will also feature Edmonton's first resident association facility providing opportunity for year round indoor and outdoor fun and recreational activities. The landscape plan, open spaces and walking areas of the neighbourhood will set it apart from other communities in Edmonton.
