The 2007 SAM (Sales and Marketing) Awards took place Saturday evening, April 19th at the Telus Convention Centre. The SAM Awards celebrate the most creative and professional work in the Calgary home building industry. Each year, the SAM Awards strive to recognize the best within the Calgary home building industry, and each year the SAM Awards help to raise the bar for consumer expectations. Carma Developers has received multiple SAM awards in the past for Tuscany, Auburn Bay, McKenzie Towne and most recently Aspen Hills was the 2006 New Community of the Year.

The entire team at Carma was thrilled that Auburn Bay took home the SAM award for Community of the Year. Carma is very proud of Auburn Bay.
