Cardel buys 28 lots at Solterra

Cardel Homes has purchased 28 lots at Solterra from Carma Development.
So far this year, 54 homes with an average price of $700,000 have sold in the master-planned community located just east of C-470 and the new Alameda Parkway interchange.
Cardel is offering a new product priced from $409,900 to $439,000. The Verona series offers four home styles ranging in size from 1,882 square feet to 2,410 square feet. The homebuilder already has sold three homes in its presale phase.
