Carma communities are places of character and value. We develop a Master Plan for each one – a blueprint that guides the land development process from start to finish, resulting in a community filled with attributes that make it unique and a wonderfully enjoyable place to live.
As a complement to our land development business, Carma also operates two housing divisions in Canada, Heartland Homes and Hawthorne Homes, who specialize in offering quality single-family and multi-family homes to first time homebuyers. We also plan, develop and lease a wide variety of commercial buildings within some of our Master Planned communities. This includes everything from the local convenience store on the corner, to expansive Town Centers with a multitude of retail options to select from.
